1. Enrollment
By registering for a course, you warrant that you have reached the legal age in your jurisdiction and have the capacity to enter into these Terms.
2. Fees and Payment
All fees are denominated in Swiss Francs (CHF) or as otherwise indicated. Payment must be made in full prior to course commencement. We reserve the right to suspend access until payment is received. To contact us regarding payment, please use our contact form.
3. Course Access
Upon successful payment, you will receive access credentials. Access is non-transferable and limited to the duration specified in the course description.
4. Refund Policy
We strive to ensure your satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a refund under the following conditions:
- Full refunds are available if requested within 14 calendar days of purchase and before accessing more than 20% of the course content.
- Partial refunds (50% of the purchase price) may be granted if requested between day 15 and day 30 after purchase, provided access to the course materials does not exceed 50%.
- No refunds will be issued for requests received after 30 days from the date of purchase or if more than 50% of the content has been accessed.
- All refund requests must be submitted via our contact form, including your name, course name, order number, and reason for the request.
- Processing time for approved refunds is up to 14 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not comply with these Terms or that we reasonably determine to be fraudulent.
- If you dispute a charge through your payment provider without first contacting us, your refund request may be denied.
5. Intellectual Property
All course content, including text, graphics, videos, and materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the courses.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be effective upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our courses after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
